The Summit Package
Exchange vows high above the Blue Ridge Mountains with an intimate elopement experience designed for meaningful moments and unforgettable views. The Summit Package combines breathtaking scenery, exclusive venue access, and a romantic overnight stay for a celebration focused entirely on the two of you.
Weekday Elopement Package

- Choice of 2 Ceremony Locations INCLUDING “The Summit
- Up to 10 Guests (not including Bride and Groom)
- Use of the Getting Ready Suites
- Ride to the Summit for guests and couple
- Use of the outdoor spaces for photography
- Total of 6 hours (including getting-ready time)
- 1 night for the Newlyweds in our Honeymoon Suite
For those not desiring a reception: Enjoy dinner with your small party at a local restaurant!
Engagement Package
Announce your engagement in style with our exclusive package at the Barn on New River! Immerse yourselves in the charm of the High Country while capturing your special moments with a professional photoshoot and boutique accommodations.
This offer is available Monday through Thursday, all year round, and includes:
- 2-hour access to our stunning property for your engagement photoshoot
- A scenic ride to the mountaintop for breathtaking views
- An overnight stay in our luxurious boutique Honeymoon suite
- A complimentary bottle of champagne to toast to your love
- A delightful Charcuterie box for two to indulge in
All Inclusive Microwedding
Introducing our all-inclusive micro-wedding package! Here’s what’s included:
- Ceremony for up to 50 guests at your choice of 2 stunning locations
- Set up and tear down of tables & chairs
- DJ, Officiant, Bartending Services
- BYOB
- Ceremony, reception & cocktail hour
- Linens for tables and cloth napkins
- Full catered dinner with cocktail charcuterie and small
- One-night stay in our boutique honeymoon suite
- Bud vases with seasonal blooms to adorn the tables, paired with votive candles
- Bouquet and Boutonnière
- 3 hours to get ready on-site & 4 hours for prelude, ceremony, cocktail hour & reception
